Love Poems
Ah Love.
Love... If you could pry into my mind you'd learn alot about the ups and downs. I often look at love as as much of a curse as it is a blessing. Only love could cause a rational man to cry to sleep, and only love could bring a man to his knees as I am. A great majority of these poems have been written with in the past 6 months, if not within 3, which is mainly because I've never ahd such inspiration as i have latly.

“My Angel, My Hero”
When I look at you,
and your wondrous awe inducing face,
the amazing color of your dark rose colored hair,
Your deep amazing, beautiful hazel puppy eyes,
at your smiles that brighten the darkest room,
and at the prowess and grace of your movements.
No pain stays so long when you’re nearby,
Your laugh takes it all away,
And when I’m looking in your eyes I see,
a million of the most amazing blooming white roses,
clothed in the molten golden sunlight,
that only God has seen.
And I see thousands of the most amazing diamonds,
without any flaw,
whose sparkle and beauty is rarely matched,
except by only you and your all.
Ah and in your eyes I see,
hundreds of God’s angels,
who all sound and look like you,
(Because of course, they are all just like you)
And in your wonderful beautiful eyes,
I see such amazing depth, such character,
I know that just by knowing you,
Just because you talked to me, I’m a better person.
And then I see you the Angel,
as the truest form you have,
a e, and not just that,
My hero, My angel,
You’ve taught me so much, and done much more,
You’ve given me new life to live,
a new breath to breathe,
Is it truly any wonder you’re all I dream of?
“Nature”
The beauty of nature,
cannot compare,
with your own,
the grace of the jaguar,
barely precedes,
that of your own.
The wisdom of the owl,
cannot be matched by,
the wisdom you hold,
The pricelessness of diamonds,
doesn’t begin to scratch the surface,
of what you are worth to me
The slyness of the fox,
doesn’t come near to,
how sly you slide into my heart.
The fragrance of a rose,
isn’t as near as enticing,
as the radiance from you that flows
the laughter of a baby,
brings nothing,
compared to the joy from yours.
Nothing imagined,
nor created,
nor anything that ever existed,
Nothing,
Compares to nature’s one wonder,
the Most complete, amazing you.
“Her face”
I close my eyes,
for only a moment,
but I see your face,
ah I see your face.
I fall down in awe,
I’m in so much pain,
In love so bad,
Oh I see your face.
I’m lost in such familiar grounds,
and all my tears are lost among the sounds,
oh some blessed night,
so I can see her face.
“Eternal condition”
This is the condition,
I’ve resigned myself to,
I’ve resigned myself,
to loving you.
It’s not the easiest,
loving the amazing,
loving the amazing,
this is why I sing.
Because the smile you bear,
Relieves all my pain,
Relieving all the pain,
that had driven me insane
Have I lost my mind?
I promised never again would I,
Promised never to fall in love again
Why must it become a lie?

Take back this sad child,

Take back his clammy hands,

take back his hallow eyes

for when he knocked at your solemn door,

Oh I look at you,
and see so much,
And feel much more
I close my eyes,
as whispers of love
send forth from my lips
Falling upon my own deaf ears,
never making it,
to your own beautiful ones,
Too many times,
I sit in awe,
just looking at your face,
Do you sense me?
When I’m Gazing into your eyes,
Do you know what’s going on inside?
My dreams are always plagued by your likeness,
My thoughts persist about you,
My words are always about you.
My life may always be confusing,
when I see you look at me,
I realize I don’t care.
To fall and find,
someone so great,
someone so special,
I’ve no wish to fall fro another,
you are all that matters to me,
on this planet below our feet.
But I’m afraid,

I’m lost,

I want to take all your pain,
and make you laugh,
and give to you my all.

Ah, Lost again,
I'm in so deep,
I cry myself to sleep,
with tears of love.
My desire is to hold you close,
but I'm afraid you'll push back,
to gaze into your soul,
but I'm afraid you'll shy away,
It's my desire to tell you my secrets,
but I'm afraid you'll leave,
To share with you my past, my present,
but I'm afraid of myself.
It's my desire to make you laugh,
but I'm afraid it'll be at me,
To make you smile bigger than before,
but I'm afraid I'll bring instead a frown,
It's my desire to hear everything in your mind,
but I'm afraid of what I already know,
To listen to why you deny your perfectness,
But I'm afraid you'll be like me and hide.
It's my desire to sit near you,
but I'm afraid it'll bother you,
to follow you around with my star-studded eyes,
yet I'm afraid you won't let me grovel at your feet.
I want to be in your dreams,
but I'm afraid they'll be your nightmares,
that in the silent solace of rest you'll smile,
yet I'm afraid that it'll never be..
I want to give you everything,
but I'm afraid it won't be enough,
I want to buy you the mansions of your dreams,
but I'm afraid of how to acquire the means
Oh, I'm not worthy of my love for you,
And my love is not worthy of you,
Nothing I can do seems enough,
Though my being wants to give you everything
All I have is my self,
the worthless shell I've become,
My scarred heart,
My tainted soul.
Ah, when I look at you,
and you smile,
the pieces men have stolen,
don't compare to the one you give me.
My heart never has beaten,
as it does now,
but the tears have never flown,
as much as well,
It's never had the means to love,
The rock that covered it,
restricted it,
but you broke it free,
From the clutches of bitterness.
The capacity of love has never been so great,
the emotions I feel have never been felt,
the pain I bear has never been greater,
And the joy has never been sweeter.

You're all I dream of in this world below,
Wonder how you made it past God's hands,
You have the angel's heavenly glow,
You sure your place is amongst us?
You beat everyone by far you know..
You breathe life back in to me,
restoring my broken heart,
You're all I've ever dreamed of,
from the very start,
Ahhh... Heaven's own,
Of my heart is part...
you treat me like I should be treated,
you say things that nobody else will.
You melt my heart with your words,
And you can make me blush still,
And every time we approach one,
you help me up the rocky hill.
You tell me the things that you feel,
Peace comes with you like a heavenly dove,
And right now, and I hope forever,
I feel we fit together like a glove,
And very few words express,
All of what I have for you, my love.........

Than anything else on earth,

Heaven is surely now here,

I look at you,
and watch,
I watch you as you write,
I watch as you read,
Oh your perfect persona gleams,
You smile and giggle when you see me,
I blush and chuckle,
but I wonder, Do you know?
I’m always hiding the deeper me,
keeping my love well hidden,
because I know you wouldn’t understand,

Nobody can understand why,
everyone can see it though,
all the time we shared was unforgettable,
God surely spent more time on you then any other,
He must have taken pride in creating his gem,

I close my eyes,
just for a moment,

The world around me,
covers my eyes, I can’t see,
and when I go to look,
I my vision again it took,
And in this world of ours,
It’s something to gaze at stars,
Or watch a majestic sunset,
to pass any test there’s rules to be met.
Ah, I always thought,
the beauty you sought,

I look into your diamond studded eyes,
And I feel a love of such incredible size,

All I want is for our hearts to meet
When I stop to smell those white roses, it’s true,

And when I watch the falling and rising ocean tide,

“Love - History and Formula”
Love is the one and only,
plus it’s inverse,
it contains the good and bad,
of our universe
battles were fought in it’s honor,
though oft they were lost.
It brings us great things,
but only after great cost,
It rules our beings,
and controls our minds,
Though it serves the heart,
and human kind
It teaches us,
things to learn,
but it often makes right and wrong,
so very hard to discern
It needs tending to,
but it helps us grow.
Is it bad? or good?
I think only God could know.

The Passionate Return
"Burnt"
I look at you,
at still frames and live images,
can’t help but fall for you.
The way you laugh,
sets you aside,
it brings fair company,
The softness of your heart,
the way you smile,
melts mine.
Oh how I wonder,
how do you feel.
could it ever be?
I’m not dumb,
I’ve been burnt so much,
I can’t stand it anymore.
My hands yearn to touch,
but the burns are too severe,
one touch is lifelong pain,
And my heart..
Oh it wants to feel,
but it’s too scarred.
My lungs deepen,
and take in you,
with every painful breath,
my eyes,
though blurry,
can focus on you.
My mind is so jaded,
so burnt but,
All I can think of is you
My nose senses the ashes,
of the past,
though I can smell your radiance for miles
Even my dreams are haunted,
How’d you get in them?
My sole sanctuary.
I’ve never felt like this,
so burnt and yet,
still yearning for the flame.
Dare I?
Reach for it,
